On this Solstice and International Yoga Day

🌞
may we remember that we are not separate—
not from each other,
not from the Earth,
not from the silence between heartbeats.

May this breath be a prayer for peace.
For the healing of lands torn by war,
for the softening of hearts hardened by fear,
for the weaving of a world where all may rest,
live, love, and simply be.

May union guide us.
May compassion steady us.
May joy and justice rise like the sun.
